Sharing some crystals at my "muggle" job

I've been feeling a bit unproductive and motivared lately as ive been working so much for other people and my own spirit driven path took a bit of a sideline.

However I'm beyond grateful that my boss of my current "reality" job is allowing me to set up some of my jewelry and items in the lunchroom!

The ladies got all excited and it gave me some much needed motivation to keep pushing along.

I also made my own crystal properties laminate that will soon be available on my website for purchase or digital download. :D  I also got my order forms started which will help when I finalize my catalog.

Looking for other companies that may be interested  in a employee appriciatation jewelry  sale. Will work with those who reach out to me to host.

I would love to start doing mini sales in places just as other companies do "parties" and such.

And crystals heal people so this would be an amazing thing to get to your family and friends.

Just a few more books! But they're so much fun!

I've been working away at the leather I've had in the studio for a while now and cranked out two more journals. These are a couple of my favorite so far! They already have planned homes and I can't wait for Christmas to get here to gift them.

I tried to make them manly for a couple of special teenage boys so I'm hoping they get used.

My intent for them is to be dream journals or angel journals for the boys to write in to help release some things on their mind.

Selomon has made me realize how truly important it is to keep a journal and I just think these are awesome little gifts. Totally hand made. Uses up materials I had on hand.

Materials used: Leather Scrap , cardstock paper and copy paper - multitone , embroidery thread  and a needle pretty much.

I used some color coordinated paper to help represent their favorite schools and teams.



These ones did take a little more poking at since the leather is thicker. I got my xacto knife out and poked some holes to help save some time.

Excited to make more to share with everyone.

Leather Bound Journals

Last Nights project. 

I've had some leather laying around. And been dying to make an attempt at some leather bound journals. Made a few more over the weekend that I gifted to some friends. They seem to be getting better each time!  I had to make a bound book in school once and never thought I'd enjoy putting pages together as much as I do. 

Wondering what the new owner will write among it's pages I personally hand cut and sewed together.

 I will be making more of these for angel messages and more.

I also have a friend or two that is amazing at book making so if you would like one... and I can't do it I'm sure I can find you someone who can. They can be fabric bound or card stock with decorative paper covers as well! 

If you'd like one please feel free to ask. I will be making em until I'm out of materials. They make perfect gifts for the holidays! I have a couple of days to priority ship if needed!

Best Friend Mugs ....seem to be a favorite.

Recently my Pinterest has been blowing up because everyone seems to have loved my mugs from Christmas that I made for my best friend ( read more here)

So I wanted to share a better photo of a set I made more recently. Now I cannot take credit for this idea. I did find it similar on pinterest at Christmas when I was looking for the perfect best friend gift. But I did kinda do it my own way. :) Plus the customer requested the special saying, which you can do too!

 

:) I get to deliver these to someone awesome this week. Hope they are everything she hoped :) I love making these for people b3ecause I know I not only make one person happy but 2!

Rainy ...pouring.... and my man was snoring...

When it rains it pours……and man oh man did it pour last week! It rained for hours with lightning that tore up our whole town. My boyfriend played games and went to sleep after all the lightning...didn't bother him much. I listened to the storms and watched the kittens on the porch get nervous. they didn't look to upset though at least they had shelter. :( I felt bad for those without power. I got lucky enough for mine to only flicker for a while. Then eventually went out but it didn't both me much. Although, until it went out I worked away at some new pieces for the shops :). And when I woke up... the power was back and I played nice and let all my friends without power come enjoy my semi cool house( but not really because one little air conditioner does nothing for a two story house with crappy insulation.) I believe everyone was just happy to have t.v. and internet access. However, I didn't mind the company I just kept crafting away. ;)
